What if you could launch
next Friday?
You've tried the agency. You've tried the freelancer. Maybe you spent a weekend vibe coding it yourself. You're still not launched — and you're running out of patience.
Here's what you actually need: one senior product designer who handles brand, design, and code. 7 days. $10,000. Launched.
Every path to launch is broken.
You've probably tried at least one of these. Maybe all of them.
The Agency Route
$30–50K3–6 months, death by committee. You get a Jira board and a weekly standup, not a product.
The Freelancer Route
Cheaper, maybeBut you're the project manager. Miscommunication. Missed deadlines. V4 of the homepage and it's still not right.
The DIY Route
Just your sanityYou vibe coded it in a weekend. It works… mostly. The design looks like a developer made it, and the edge cases are breaking.
The No-Code Route
Free until it isn'tLooked great until you needed something custom. Now you're fighting the platform instead of building your product.
What if you could skip all of that?
One person. One week. A real product.
Everything you need to launch.
Not a wireframe. Not a prototype. A real product with a real brand, ready for real users.
Brand Identity
Logo, colors, type system. A cohesive brand that feels intentional from day one.
Marketing Site
A landing page designed to convert. Not a template. Custom-built for your product.
Working App
Web or mobile, one platform. Real code, real features, real users can sign up.
Deployed and Live
Not a prototype. Deployed to production, ready for real users and real feedback.
Seven days. Four phases.
Discovery + Brand
Deep dive into your vision. Who is this for? What problem does it solve? I define the brand identity: logo, colors, type system, and visual direction.
Design
Marketing site and app interface designed in Figma. You see everything before a line of code is written. One round of revisions built in.
Build
Full development. Marketing site goes live. App gets built with real functionality. AI-augmented workflow means I ship what would take a team weeks.
Polish + Launch
QA, performance optimization, deploy to production. You get the code, the domain, the credentials. Launch-ready, handed off clean.
Optional upgrades for launch and beyond.
The core MVP is a complete product on its own. These add-ons give you a head start on growth — if you want it.

9 years of product design
I've designed tools used by 600K+ creators at Kit. This isn't my first rodeo. You get senior-level decisions from day one.
AI-augmented development
Modern tooling lets me build in days what used to take weeks. I use AI agents for code generation, testing, and deployment.
End-to-end ownership
One person handles brand, design, and code. No handoff friction. No game of telephone between designer and developer.
Opinionated design
Decisions get made fast. I don't design by committee or send you 5 options. You get one great solution, backed by 9 years of experience.

Days to your MVP
Common questions.
What if I need changes after launch?
One round of revisions is included during the build. Post-launch support is available at an hourly rate, or we can set up a retainer.
What tech stack do you use?
Typically Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS for web. React Native or Swift for mobile. Deployed on Vercel or AWS. I choose the right tool for the job.
Do I own the code?
100%. You get the full repository, all design files, and every asset. It's yours.
What if my idea is more complex than a one-week build?
We scope it down to a focused MVP. The goal is to get something real in front of users fast, then iterate. I can help with ongoing development after.
Do you work with funded startups or solo founders?
Both. Some clients are pre-seed founders testing an idea. Others are funded teams who want to move fast on a new feature or product line.
What do you need from me?
A clear idea of the problem you're solving and who it's for. Content and copy help a lot, but I can work with rough notes and refine from there.
What's included in the Launch Playbook?
A full go-to-market strategy: positioning, messaging, launch timeline, channel plan, and a 30-day marketing roadmap. Everything you need to turn a live product into traction.
Can I just get the MVP without add-ons?
Absolutely. The core $10,000 package is a complete product — brand, marketing site, working app, deployed and live. The add-ons are there if you want a head start on growth, but the MVP stands on its own.
Have you actually built MVPs before?
I've built Figma plugins used by over 2 million people, designed tools at Kit for 600K+ creators, shipped sarasota.design from scratch, and launched more side projects than I can count. This is what I do.
Stop planning. Start shipping.
Tell me about your idea. If it's a good fit, we'll start Monday — and your product will be live by Friday. No pitch decks. No proposals. Just a conversation.
